Mr. Jastrow, age 61, became Non-Executive Chairman of
KB Home's Board upon the completion of our spin-off in
2007. Mr. Jastrow served as Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of Temple-Inland from 2000 to 2007, and
in various other capacities since 1991, including President,
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Group
Vice President. Mr. Jastrow also serves on the Boards of
MGIC Investment Corporation and KB Home. |
